About The Role

What You'll Do

• Safely, accurately, and efficiently inspect, diagnose, and repair semi-trailers on-site to minimize client downtime
• Maximize your efficiency through workflow organization, parts management, and execution of repairs
• Maintain 100% accuracy and timeliness in daily work order documentation
• Keep your truck fully stocked, organized, and ready to help you serve customers efficiently
• Educate clients on preventative trailer maintenance, acting as a trusted advisor for their fleet's health
• Effectively communicate with both the team and client regarding the fleet status
• Able to work outdoors in all-weather types
• Rotating emergency calls as required by market

Qualifications

• Proven experience in heavy-duty diesel mechanics, diagnostics, and mobile repair
• ASE certifications a plus, but not required
• Urgency and a commitment to highly efficient, quality work
• Autonomy, reliability, and the ability to operate independently in tough field conditions
