The Role

We are looking for an experienced Mobile User Acquisition Manager to own paid acquisition across several client accounts. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who can turn campaign data into sound decisions, communicate confidently in English, and work independently without daily supervision.

What You Will Own

• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale mobile app campaigns across Google App Campaigns, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and relevant in-app or DSP channels.

• Manage several apps and client accounts at the same time, with clear priorities, budgets, test plans, and weekly reporting.

• Connect campaign performance to CPI, CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback, retention, subscription conversion, and ad revenue quality.

• Use AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, Firebase, GA4, or similar tools to validate attribution and diagnose tracking issues.

• Build structured creative, audience, geography, bidding, funnel, and channel experiments.

• Lead client calls and turn performance data into concise recommendations.

• Surface risks early, document decisions, and keep account context current.

• Contribute to ASO when you have relevant experience.

Required Experience

• At least three years of hands-on mobile app user acquisition, or equivalent evidence of depth.

• Strong command of Google App Campaigns and at least two additional acquisition channels.

• Direct experience with a mobile measurement partner and app analytics.

• Proven campaign decisions tied to ROAS, LTV, retention, CAC, or payback.

• Experience managing several apps or accounts concurrently.

• Fluent, polished written and spoken English at C1/C2 level or equivalent. This is a hard requirement because you will represent xGrowth directly with clients.

• Strong ownership, prioritization, and reliability in a remote environment.

Strong Advantages

• Experience with non-gaming, utility, lifestyle, social, productivity, or subscription apps.

• ASO ownership across metadata, keywords, localization, listing conversion, and store experiments.

• Experience with hybrid monetization or ad-supported apps.

• Creative strategy and high-cadence testing.

• Experience with Apple Search Ads, Moloco, Liftoff, AppLovin, Unity, or OEM acquisition.

Strong mobile gaming candidates are welcome when they can show how their experience transfers to non-gaming apps.

Engagement

• Dedicated full-time contractor engagement.

• Remote and async-first, with scheduled overlap for Cyprus and European client calls.

• Compensation up to USD 2,500 per month, based on experience and scope.

• Candidates must disclose recurring outside clients or commitments that would continue during the engagement.
