What they need

Your Future with ATCO Structures & Logistics

ATCO Structures & Logistics is a global leader in modular design, manufacturing and construction. Across Australia, we deliver workforce accommodation villages, permanent modular buildings, offices, schools, health facilities and major infrastructure projects for the mining, energy, government and commercial sectors.

Due to continued growth across our Major Projects business, we are looking for a Mobilisation Administrator to join our team in Luscombe, supporting the delivery of a major workforce housing project in Weipa, Far North Queensland.

This is an initial 6-month project role with strong potential for ongoing opportunities across future projects. You'll be responsible for coordinating end-to-end mobilisation activities, ensuring employees and contractors are compliant, site-ready, and mobilised on time, while providing essential administrative support to keep project operations running smoothly.

Why Join ATCO?

  • Support the delivery of a major workforce housing project in Weipa.
  • Initial 6-month project role with potential for longer-term opportunities.
  • Join an experienced and supportive Major Projects team.
  • Stable, office-based position at our Luscombe facility.
  • Gain exposure across mobilisation, project and commercial administration.
  • Employee Assistance Program, Employee Share Purchase Plan and free onsite parking.

What You Will Do

Working closely with our Major Projects and operational teams, you will:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end mobilisation process for employees and subcontractors, ensuring all site entry requirements are completed on time.
  • Manage mobilisation, compliance and onboarding requirements through Damstra, Donesafe and client-specific systems.
  • Arrange and coordinate flights, accommodation, transport and roster logistics for project personnel.
  • Maintain accurate mobilisation records, employee documentation and project-related databases.
  • Liaise with employees, subcontractors, clients and internal stakeholders to ensure mobilisation requirements are met and communicated effectively.
  • Provide administrative support to the Major Projects and operational teams, assisting with workforce planning and mobilisation reporting.

What You Will Bring

We are looking for someone who is organised, switched on and comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Previous experience in workforce mobilisation, site administration or coordination.
  • Experience supporting construction, mining, resources, infrastructure or other project-based environments.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to follow up outstanding information and keep things moving.
  • The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience with FIFO/DIDO mobilisation, Damstra, Donesafe or similar workforce compliance systems will be highly regarded.
