Mobilisation Coordinator

Flex Recruit is seeking a motivated and driven Mobilisations Coordinator to join our client's growing team to support workforce solutions across mining and resources sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support operational activities, including flights, travel, and accommodation for personnel
• Assist in planning and assigning resources to meet operational needs
• Review employee qualifications and compliance to ensure all pre-mobilisation requirements are met prior to site deployment
• Maintain and manage spreadsheets, data entry, and reporting with a high level of accuracy
• General office duties, including email management, filing, telephone support, and follow-up
• Other reasonable duties requested

About You:

• Previous mobilisation experience (min 1 year)
• Experience with Avetta Connect-Pegasus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn
