Mobilisation Coordinator

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established electrical contractor servicing the Mining & Resources sector, looking for a Mobilisation Coordinator to join their Canning Vale team.

This is a busy, hands-on role coordinating employee mobilisations across multiple projects and sites. You’ll make sure everything is organised, compliant and ready to go so crews can get to site without a hitch.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating employee mobilisations and demobilisations
• Booking medicals, Drug & Alcohol screens, flights and accommodation
• Coordinating site inductions, training and onboarding requirements
• Checking licences, tickets, qualifications and site compliance
• Maintaining mobilisation trackers and employee records
• Liaising with employees, supervisors and project teams
• Monitoring expiring tickets, medicals and competencies
• Assisting with onboarding and employment documentation
• Providing general administration support as required to assist the wider team

Who we're looking for
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and great with people, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Previous experience in mobilisation, recruitment, compliance or workforce coordination will be highly regarded, particularly within mining, resources, construction, electrical or labour hire.

You’ll be confident communicating with employees and internal teams, comfortable working across different systems and portals, and happy working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

What you'll get

• $75,000–$85,000 + Super, depending on experience
• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• 8-hour days with flexibility to choose your start and finish time
