Crown Roofing & Cladding is seeking a highly organised and proactive Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team.

The role will support the effective coordination and preparation of projects across our operations in Ireland, the UK and Europe.

Working closely with internal departments and project teams, you will help ensure that key requirements are coordinated and progressed ahead of project commencement and throughout the early stages of project delivery.

This is a highly mobile role, involving regular travel to Crown project locations across Ireland, the UK and Europe. The successful candidate must therefore be comfortable with frequent travel and spending time on site as required.

We are looking for someone who is exceptionally organised, confident managing multiple priorities and comfortable working with people across different functions, locations and levels of seniority.

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Confidence working across different teams and levels of seniority
• A willingness and ability to travel regularly
• Experience in construction, engineering, project coordination or another fast-paced environment would be advantageous

This role would particularly suit someone who enjoys a varied and fast-moving position rather than a purely office-based role, and who is comfortable working across multiple projects, teams and locations.
