Mobilisation Support & Recruitment (Temp)

We're recruiting for a civil construction contractor who needs a Mobilisation Support Administrator on a temporary basis to help their team. Full details will be shared with shortlisted candidates.

The Role

You'll support the mobilisation team with the day-to-day coordination of employees and plant across project sites. This includes assisting with travel, accommodation and site logistics bookings, maintaining rosters and mobilisation documentation, and liaising with HR, site administrators and project teams to make sure employees meet mobilisation requirements. It's a fast-paced, detail-driven support role within a busy mobilisation function.

About You

• Experience in administration, coordination or logistics support, ideally within civil construction, mining or engineering.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and urgent requests.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Confident communication with site teams, HR and project stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with project or workforce management systems an advantage.
