What they need
Q2 Mobility – COO Job Description:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of Q2 Mobility.
- Oversee fleet utilization, drivers, scheduling, and transport operations.
- Control fuel, maintenance, repair, and other operating costs.
- Ensure vehicles are properly maintained, insured, registered, and compliant with UAE regulations.
- Monitor vehicle productivity, downtime, and profitability.
- Manage corporate clients, service quality, and contract performance.
- Develop new transport and mobility business opportunities.
- Improve revenue per vehicle and overall fleet utilization.
- Set and monitor operational KPIs.
- Lead and supervise drivers, dispatchers, and operations staff.
- Ensure high safety and customer-service standards.
- Prepare monthly operational and financial performance reports for the CEO.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and new revenue streams.
Support expansion of Q2 Mobility across the UAE.
Preferred candidate: Strong UAE transport/fleet management experience, commercial mindset, leadership skills, and proven ability to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
