Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your Master Data and Metadata management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in enabling the deployment of our Data as a Product approach across the organization, ensuring data assets are accessible, interoperable, and well-governed. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (solution teams, architects, DevOps professionals), contribute to the integration of data assets into delivery pipelines, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of designing and maintaining Master Data and Metadata management frameworks, but also defining and deploying Mobility data governance elements such as data dictionaries and reference models.
We’ll look to you for:

- Participating in data modelling, documentation, and cataloguing activities
- Defining and maintaining data dictionaries, ontologies, and reference models
- Supporting the implementation of data management principles and guidelines within digital programs
- Ensuring data quality, lineage, traceability, and compliance with governance and regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to achieve transformation milestones
All About You We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
- Master’s degree in Data, Digital Engineering, Analytics, or related fields
- Overall 7+Years of experience.
- Experience or understanding of Master Data / Metadata management and data catalog tools (e.g., Collibra)
- Knowledge of data modelling, BI concepts, and data quality frameworks
- Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD environments and data integration into delivery pipelines
- A strong proficiency in Python and SQL
- Ability to produce clear and structured documentation
- Strong analytical mindset, teamwork, and adaptability

- Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines
- Work with new security standards for rail signalling

- Contribute to innovative projects
- Utilise our flexible and inclusive working environment
- Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries
