Job Role

We are looking for a Manpower Mobilizer / Field Business Development Executive who can generate new manpower supply leads, visit organizations, understand manpower requirements and coordinate with workers, manpower suppliers and clients for successful deployment.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Manpower Supply Leads

• Identify organizations requiring manpower.
• Visit companies, factories, schools, colleges, hospitals, hotels and other establishments.
• Collect HR/Admin/Management contact details.
• Understand client manpower requirements.
• Generate new manpower supply enquiries.
• Submit leads and requirements to the reporting manager.

2. Field Mobilization

• Visit industrial areas, institutions, hospitals, hotels, transport companies and commercial locations.
• Meet HR Managers, Admin Managers, Facility Managers, Project Managers and business owners.
• Develop a strong local network of manpower requirements.
• Coordinate manpower mobilisation after receiving client requirements.

3. Worker & Supplier Mobilization

• Contact manpower suppliers, labour contractors and available workers.
• Maintain a database of skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled workers.
• Arrange workers according to client requirements.
• Coordinate joining, replacement and deployment.
• Follow up with workers regarding availability and joining.

4. Business Development & Marketing

• Conduct daily calling and field marketing.
• Generate leads through WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and direct visits.
• Promote company manpower supply services.
• Build relationships with new clients.
• Follow up regularly with prospective clients.
• Support conversion of enquiries into manpower supply contracts.

5. Client Coordination

• Collect manpower requirements such as:
• Number of workers
• Job category
• Skill requirement
• Salary/wage range
• Shift timing
• Work location
• Joining date
• Contract duration
• Coordinate with the internal team for manpower availability.
• Follow up with clients until manpower deployment.

6. Daily Reporting

The candidate must maintain a daily report covering:

• New leads generated
• Client calls
• Field visits
• New manpower enquiries
• Client meetings
• Worker/supplier contacts
• Follow-ups
• Manpower mobilized
• Pending requirements
• New contracts / opportunities

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in manpower supply, mobilization, field sales, marketing, staffing, recruitment or business development preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and field-work skills may also be considered.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong networking and follow-up ability.
• Comfortable with daily field visits.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp, email and mobile applications.
• Local industrial/business network will be an advantage.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Target-oriented and result-oriented approach required.
• Immediate Joiner Preferred.
