Mobilizer

Job Summary

The Mobilizer will identify, reach out to, and motivate eligible candidates to participate in skill development and training programs. The role includes community outreach, candidate counselling, registration support, and coordination with the training team to meet enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and mobilize eligible candidates for skill development and training programs.

· Conduct field visits and outreach activities in assigned communities and local areas.

· Explain program details, eligibility criteria, training benefits, and employment opportunities to candidates.

· Coordinate candidate counselling, registration, document collection, and verification.

· Maintain candidate databases, attendance records, and daily mobilization reports.

· Coordinate with trainers, centres, and internal teams to support smooth program delivery.

· Follow up with candidates to improve attendance, participation, and course completion.

· Work toward enrollment and mobilization targets set by management.

Required Skills

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to engage with candidates and community members.

· Good coordination, follow-up, and record-keeping skills.

· Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.

· Willingness to travel locally for field mobilization activities.

Qualification & Experience

· Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualifications are preferred.

· Experience in mobilization, counselling, fieldwork, recruitment, or skill development programs is an advantage.

· Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
