Job Description – Mocktail Chef (Cafe)

Job Title: Mocktail Chef

Responsibilities

• Prepare mocktails, fresh juices, smoothies, shakes, and other non-alcoholic beverages.
• Create new mocktail recipes and attractive drink presentations.
• Prepare beverages according to the cafe menu and customer orders.
• Maintain the taste, quality, and consistency of all drinks.
• Keep the beverage preparation area, utensils, and equipment clean.
• Check fruit, syrup, juice, ice, and other ingredient stock.
• Minimize wastage and maintain proper portion control.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and proper storage standards.
• Coordinate with cafe staff to serve orders on time.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or beverage counter preferred.
• Knowledge of mocktail preparation, mixing techniques, and garnishing.
• Creativity in developing new drinks and presentations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work during busy cafe hours.

Working Hours: As per cafe shift schedule.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
