Moctails/Milkshakes/Drinks Bartender

We are a Shisha Lounge/Restaurant looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender with mocktails/cocktails/milkshakes/soft drinks, juices, teas and coffees and speciality drinks experience to potentially join our team.

This is a hands on role for someone who has strong technical skills, takes pride in producing exceptional drinks and wants to develop their career.

The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities will include:

• Greet customers warmly and provide them with menus
• Take customer orders and serve drinks promptly
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mocktails/milkshakes/soft drinks, juices, teas and coffees and other drinks.
• Take card transactions accurately
• Keep the bar area clean and organised- Monitor and maintain stock levels

We are looking for someone who:

• Minimum 1 year previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting.
• Proven experience in bartending techniques.
• Confident making mocktails, milkshakes and speciality drinks.
• Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in their work.
• Able to work independently and manage their workload.
• Flexible with working days and hours where required.
• Is able to work early mornings, weekends and busy seasonal periods as required.
• Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

Work Location: In person

Pay: £8.00-£12.00 per hour
