Are you organised, detail-oriented and experienced in handling legal files? Kinetic Law is looking for a motivated MOD File Handler to join our growing team!

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a caseload of Ministry of Defence (MOD) personal injury claims, ensuring files progress efficiently and in line with relevant procedures and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and progressing MOD personal injury files throughout the claims process.
• Reviewing evidence, medical records and supporting documentation.
• Liaising with clients, insurers, solicitors and other relevant parties.
• Monitoring deadlines and ensuring files are accurately maintained.
• Supporting settlement negotiations and achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.

About You

• Previous experience handling personal injury files, ideally MOD claims.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communication and client care skills.
• Able to manage deadlines, prioritise workloads and work independently.
• A proactive, positive approach with a genuine commitment to client service.
