Modernization Sales

Location: Delhi/NCR, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai

The Modernizations Sales Representative creates value through revenue generation by procuring replacement/modernizations of existing products.

Key responsibilities include:

• Visit and seek potential modernization customers, visit architects, construction companies and establishments (residential & commercial) to seek and proactively look for new modernization opportunities

• Perform the offer, negotiation, order, Modernizations sales contract closing and supervise the contract compliance of all major modernizations, in alignment with the Branch Modernization targets and internal procedures

• Audit existing equipment and determine the retention of components and gauge financial viability

• Support and coordinate with the Installation team for any issue during project execution and ensure collection of payments

• Coordinate big or complex modernizations with the Modernizations and Design Center when required and Branch team
