MOD Warehouse

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Receive, verify, and process incoming materials, parts, consumables, and maintenance inventory.
• Inspect shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged materials.
• Perform inventory transactions in Oracle and other company systems.
• Issue materials and supplies to internal customers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.
• Conduct cycle counts and participate in annual physical inventories.
• Organize and maintain warehouse storage locations using established inventory control practices.
• Support production and maintenance teams by ensuring timely availability of materials.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping standards and comply with all SSAB safety requirements.
• Assist with identifying opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and operational efficiency.
• Complete all training within designated timeframes and attend all required meetings.
• Understand and support the company’s goals and values and adhere to company, department, safety, quality, environmental, and ethics policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

Competencies and Experience

Required:

• General warehouse skills
• Mobile equipment experience
• Crane operations experience
• Basic computer skills
• Good organizational, interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills

Education

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
