[MODE Aesthetics ] Receptionist (Orchard)

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and email correspondence
• Scheduling of appointments for customers
• follow up with calls if there's cancellations appointments.
• Provide high standards of customer service with positive attitude.
• Calling prospective or existing customers for appointments (non-cold calling)
• Prior experience in customer service and telemarketing position is a plus.
• Other administrative duties

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level or above in any field.
• Entry level are welcome to apply
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Working hours 11am - 8pm
• Work location at Orchard Tong Building

6 off days in a month, 10 days annual leave and other leave perks.
