As a Model/Bottle Server, you'll be the face of our brand and crucial to providing guests with an engaging experience. In this lively role, you will be the friendly face that guides guests through their entertainment journey, ensuring prompt service, accurate orders, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Your menú and entertainment knowledge and beverage expertise will help elevate each visit, making every guest feel valued and satisfied.

We are a BYOB restaurant and nightclub. You must be at least 21 years old to work here.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, working with bar staff and managers to ensure special requests are noted.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Upsell menu items including mixers, appetizers, entrees, and desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Process cash and credit transactions efficiently, handling cash and sales transaction processing with precision.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including food safety standards, appropriate drink pairings, and beverage options.
• Clear tables promptly, bussing and resetting for the next guests while ensuring sanitation standards are upheld.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to communicate guest orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food preparation.
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
• Assist with opening or closing duties such as setting up dining areas or cleaning workstations in compliance with sanitation protocols.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality for seamless order processing.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
• Texas Food Handlers License
• TABC Certification
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters guest loyalty.
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing cash transactions confidently.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Previous experience in hospitality roles is advantageous but not required.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish desired but not required
• Punctuality and attendance. Arrive on time for work.
• At least 21 years old.

Our dayshift runs from 11 AM to 7 PM daily.

Our nightshift runs from 7 PM to 2 AM daily.

Apply In Person; Monday-Friday, 1-3 PM for dayshift and 7-9 PM for nightshift

Pay: $200.00 - $400.00 per day

People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
