Model Manager

About the role

The key focus of this role is the identification and management of clients and to generate revenue for the Models business. You will have a strong focus on managing relationships and servicing the needs of IMG customers while managing your roster of clients and their career strategy and evolution. The role will include working closely and collaboratively with other IMG Models offices as well as independent international agencies to identify suitable clients for the Australian market and opportunities for Australian clients to be placed and travel internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Identifying and establishing new customer relationships for the Models team
• Maintaining and servicing existing customer relationships
• Managing your dedicated roster of clients across both Mens and Womens while also working collaboratively and strategically with all colleagues in the Models team ensure revenue and commercial opportunity is realised across the entire IMG Models client roster
• Maintain your client and customer details in ICE and internal company database to ensure all records are up to date
• Making client travel arrangements where necessary
• Attend events and model bookings from time to time where necessary
• Occasional travel where required to accompany IMG clients
• Identifying and signing of appropriate clients for IMG
• Working closely and collaboratively with colleagues in other Models offices within IMG (globally) to understand broader projects and business goals and movement of clients throughout the network
• Maintaining an awareness of the greater WME Fashion business and its operations
