The ModelWise Network is growing, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and commercially minded individual to join our team.

ModelWise Network is part of The Streetwise Intelligence Group Limited (TSIG), a new and ambitious digital media, consumer intelligence and communications company based in Croydon, South London.

Our operations include modelling, digital media, podcasts, professional development, consumer education, entertainment and community engagement.

ModelWise Network is a new type of modelling platform, designed to challenge some of the outdated practices within the modelling industry.

We are not a traditional modelling agency.

Joining ModelWise is completely FREE.

We do not charge models to register, and we take 0% commission from their modelling earnings.

We believe aspiring and established models should have access to genuine opportunities, professional guidance and industry exposure without being pressured into paying substantial sums of money.

For example:

• Models do not need to travel to our offices for unnecessary modelling interviews, tests or assessments simply to join the network.

Only the paying client can guarantee a modelling assignment. We never promise jobs simply because someone joins our network.

Professionally recorded interviews that allow models to showcase their personalities, ambitions, interests and communication skills.

The ModelWise Academy

Our new four-week professional development programme, offering:

All these services are OPTIONAL. Models never have to purchase anything to join ModelWise or be considered for suitable modelling opportunities.

The Position: ModelWise Member Development & Sales Executive

We are looking for someone who can become a key point of contact between ModelWise and our growing community of registered models.

Your primary responsibility will be to communicate with our members, explain everything ModelWise offers and encourage them to take advantage of optional services that may genuinely benefit their modelling development.

This is a sales and relationship-building position.

We want somebody who enjoys speaking to people, understands how to communicate benefits and has the confidence to convert genuine interest into bookings and sales.

Your Key Responsibilities

Member Engagement

• * Contact new and existing ModelWise members by telephone and email.
• * Welcome new members and explain how ModelWise works.
• * Help members understand and complete their profiles.
• * Learn about their modelling interests, experience and ambitions.
• * Build positive, professional relationships with members.
• Optional Services Sales
• * Become thoroughly knowledgeable about every ModelWise service.
• * Explain the benefits of professional photography, showreels, podcasts, Academy training and other optional services.
• * Identify services that may be appropriate for individual members.
• * Respond confidently to questions about prices, packages and benefits.
• * Send members direct links to relevant services.
• * Follow up on enquiries and convert appropriate opportunities into bookings.
• * Work towards agreed sales targets.

Social Media & Digital Promotion

You will also help manage dedicated ModelWise social media channels, separate from the main TSIG accounts.

This will involve:

• * Creating engaging social media posts and promotional content.
• * Promoting our models, with their permission.
• * Promoting our professional services and Academy.
• * Working with our presenters and production team to create videos, reels and interviews.
• * Encouraging new models to register.
• * Helping grow our online audience and brand awareness.

Understanding the Wider TSIG Group

You will be trained to understand our wider operations, including Streetwise TV, FashMod Podcast, The Big Conversation and the Streetwise Report & Members Intelligence Centre.

Our Members Intelligence Centre is also developing access to opportunities across modelling, acting, singing, dancing and other entertainment-related fields.

You will need to understand how our various services and platforms work together.

Administration & Follow-Up

• * Maintain accurate member communication records.
• * Track enquiries, bookings and sales.
• * Arrange appropriate follow-up calls and emails.
• * Monitor member interests and feedback.
• * Work with management to improve our services and member engagement.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who is:

• * Confident, enthusiastic and personable.
• * An excellent communicator, particularly over the telephone.
• * Comfortable explaining and selling services.
• * Commercially minded and motivated by achieving targets.
• * Organised and capable of managing multiple member conversations.
• * Familiar with Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms.
• * Creative and willing to contribute new ideas.
• * Comfortable using computers and online systems.
• * Eager to learn and develop professionally.
• * Interested in fashion, modelling, entertainment or digital media.

Previous experience in sales, customer engagement, membership services or business development would be advantageous.

Experience in the modelling industry would be welcome but is not essential.

We can teach you about our services. What matters most is your attitude, communication skills, enthusiasm and willingness to succeed.

Salary, Commission & Career Progression

Starting basic salary: £25,000 per annum PLUS commission.

We want someone who is motivated to perform well and who will be rewarded for helping our business grow.

Your earnings will therefore include a basic salary and an additional commission structure linked to successful sales.

But this opportunity is about more than your starting salary.
