Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly and politely to customer comments, private messages, and inquiries on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Handle customer complaints, product inquiries, and feedback, escalating complex issues to the customer support team
- Monitor user-generated content, removing spam, inappropriate comments, or offensive material to maintain a positive brand environment
- Track recurring customer questions or concerns regarding Tough Mama appliances and report trends to management
