Location: Medan Lebnan, Mohandeseen, Giza

Work Arrangement: Full-Time Remote

Training: First 2 days onsite at the company’s HQ.

Experience: Fresh Graduates or up to 1 year of relevant experience

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Social Media & WhatsApp Moderator to manage incoming inquiries across our client's several channels.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills , with the ability to understand customers’ needs, build trust, handle objections, and successfully convert potential clients into actual customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond promptly to customer inquiries received through several channels .
• Engage with potential clients and understand their needs, requirements, and concerns.
• Follow up with leads consistently to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Convert inquiries and potential leads into confirmed clients and sales .
• Present and explain the company’s services/products clearly and professionally.
• Handle customer objections, questions, and concerns using effective sales and negotiation techniques.
• Negotiate with potential clients when required while maintaining company pricing and policies.
• Identify serious prospects and prioritize high-potential leads.
• Maintain professional and engaging communication with customers throughout the sales process.
• Follow up with inactive or undecided leads and encourage them to complete the purchase/service process.
• Record and update customer and lead information accurately.
• Coordinate with the relevant internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Achieve assigned sales, conversion, response-time, and follow-up targets .
• Maintain a positive brand image across all customer interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; up to 1 year of experience in customer service, telesales, sales, social media moderation, chat support, or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills .
• Customer-oriented with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to persuade and influence customers professionally.
• Strong objection-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent follow-up and time-management skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers through WhatsApp and social media platforms .
• Good command of English is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable working with targets and performance KPIs.
