- Managing and monitoring the company’s social media page.
- Creating and publishing posts according to the content plan.
- Responding to customers’ inquiries, comments, and messages.
- Following up with potential clients and understanding their needs.
- Providing customers with accurate information about the company and its projects.
- Forwarding serious leads and potential clients to the sales team.
- Monitoring page engagement and responding to interactions.
- Following up on comments and messages to ensure a good customer experience.
- Supporting the marketing team with content ideas and page activities.
- Preparing daily reports on page performance, inquiries, and leads.
Pay: E£5,000.00 - E£15,000.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
