Modern Kopitiam Waiter/Waitress

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers warmly
• Present menus and explain food & beverage options
• Take accurate orders and send to kitchen/bar
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle basic requests
• Clear and clean tables after guests leave
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area
• Assist in cashiering and billing when required
• Handle customer complaints politely and report to supervisor
• Ensure proper table setup before service

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• No experience required (training provided), but experience is an advantage
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
