The Modern Trade Developer serves as the Company’s primary contact to our customers (store owners / branch heads). This position is responsible for exceptional customer relationships as well as execution focus opportunities and promote the needed trust to result in increased business through picture of success (PICOS), value added placements and sales.

D. Resource Planning & Management

1. CDE and Commercial Assets Management

E. Administrative Duties

1. Alignment and Cascade
2. Work Planning
3. Performance Management

F. Other Activities

Suitable Candidates Will Need To Demonstrate

• Preferably graduate of any Business-related courses
• 1 year experience in field sales is an advantage
• Open to fresh graduates
• Can easily build rapport and relationship with customers
• Process-oriented and technology-inclined
• Has work integrity and can work with minimal supervision
• Has professional driver’s license
