Responsibilities
- Created and implemented channel development strategies that enhanced business growth and gain market share.
- Manage all key customers and implement align with business strategy.
- Developed commercial partnerships and solid business relationships in key customer
- Develop and negotiate for Trade Agreement as well as responsible for budgetary control.
- Cooperation among other functional team to implement integrated plan to drive sales growth and gain in market share.
- Monitor and analysis business situation with recommendation to keep competitive advantage all time
- Develop competency of team members and build team engagement for better team performance.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in FMCG focusing in Modern Trade
- Strong analytical, interpersonal & communication skills.
- Experience in Local Modern Trade is a plus
