MODERN TRADE SALES REPRESENTATIVE – APPLIANCES

About the role

Responsible for driving sales and maintaining strong relationships with modern trade retailers, stores, and key accounts. Ensures product availability, proper display, promotions, and achievement of assigned sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Visit and manage assigned modern trade stores and accounts.
• Maintain good relationships with store personnel and account buyers.
• Ensure proper product display, pricing, and visibility.
• Monitor inventory and prevent out-of-stock situations.
• Implement promotions, product launches, and merchandising programs.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotions.
• Check product condition, displays, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate orders and replenishment with customers and internal teams.
• Resolve customer and store concerns promptly.
• Submit daily/weekly sales and market activity reports.
• Identify new sales opportunities and potential accounts.

About you

• High school graduate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in appliances, consumer electronics, retail, or FMCG.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented and customer-focused.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel.
• Experience handling modern trade accounts is an advantage.
