Modern Trade Supervisor

1. Develop and allocate sales targets by PC, store, and monthly basis.
2. Expand AUX product presence and ensure in-store execution.
3. Manage and supervise PC team, including performance and incentives.
4. Recruit and manage hunters, including registration and payment.
5. Monitor sales data and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
6. Conduct training and analyze competitor activities.

Job Qualifications

1. Male, aged 30 years or above
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate and summarize information effectively
4. Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
5. Proficiency in Chinese will be an advantage
6. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
7. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
8. High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills
9. Willingness to travel upcountry as required
