Modern Workplace Internship

About the role

As a Modern Workplace Intern, you will contribute to the daily operation and continuous improvement of workplace technologies while gaining exposure to Microsoft 365, endpoint management, digital collaboration platforms, operational reporting, and process automation. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting enterprise digital workplace solutions, improving end-user services, and driving technology adoption initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of Modern Workplace and End User Services
• Assist in handling incidents, service requests, and user support activities related to Microsoft 365 services
• Provide basic troubleshooting for Outlook, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 Apps
• Support endpoint and device management activities for Windows, Android, and iOS devices
• Assist in monitoring device compliance, enrollment, and configuration through Microsoft Intune or other MDM platforms
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and service performance analysis using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
• Maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and work instructions while contributing to service improvement initiatives

About you

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
• Strong interest in Microsoft 365, Intune, Digital Workplace, Power Platform, or IT Service Management
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Management, Active Directory, or Microsoft Entra ID is a plus
• Basic understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
• Excellent communication skills, service-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
