Modern Workplace Technology Engineer

What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize our IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and connectivity services.
• Administer and enhance our Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune.
• Deliver exceptional technical support for Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and business applications.
• Lead the adoption and effective use of AI-powered workplace tools, providing user training and practical guidance.
• Strengthen cybersecurity through endpoint protection, access controls, patch management, backups, and recovery planning.
• Partner with external vendors and support technology enhancement and transformation projects.
• Maintain IT assets, software licensing, and technology documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and technical support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
• Solid knowledge of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, VLAN, and Wi-Fi.
• Experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity best practices and endpoint security solutions.
• Enthusiasm for AI, emerging technologies, and workplace innovation.
• Professional certifications such as MS-900, MS-102, Azure Fundamentals, Network+ or Security+ are an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese.
