As a Modernization Engineer, a typical day involves designing and validating innovative hosting solutions that are both agile and cost-efficient. This position requires overseeing the transformation and migration of legacy infrastructure to modern platforms, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced business capabilities. Roles Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in hosting infrastructure to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support continuous professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment of modernization efforts with organizational objectives.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).

• Experience with cloud technologies including private and public cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure transformation and migration strategies.
• Ability to design and implement scalable hosting solutions that support digital applications.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and cost optimization techniques in hosting environments.
• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
