Responsibility:

• Develop potential customer list and control MOD sales activities in Modernization to achieve sale turnover and agreed margin.
• Build and maintain a customer relationship with both new and existing customer to ensure their maximum satisfaction and thereby leading to long-term relationship and sale
• Develop and control sale strategy for modernization sale in order to achieve modernization sale target.
• To organize and control Mod project deployment to ensure that Mod project cost in in line with cost estimate and completion as per customer target date.
• Accountable for collecting the first payment and payment securities to ensure that projects are operated with minimum commercial risks.
• To achieve modernization sale target in the competitive market.
• To achieve modernization income target with estimated cost and on time schedule.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and Working relate Elevator Escalator business.
• Good command of English and Fluent in Thai.
• Good sales and marketing skills with technical and commercial background, good communication and human relation skills.
