Modification Center Supervisor

Job Summary

The Modification Center Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities within the Modification Center, ensuring projects are completed on time, within quality standards, and according to customer requirements. This role manages operational personnel, maintains a safe, organized, and efficient work environment, controls the availability of tools and materials, and oversees work execution through the SAP MODcenter module.

The position also supports inventory control activities and contributes to the operational performance and long-term profitability of the company by ensuring efficient and high-quality modification processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assign tasks and resources according to the production schedule.
• Ensure compliance with work instructions, quality controls, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) requirements, and the timely resolution of deviations.
• Develop and support the team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and coordinate activities with Logistics, Quality, and Sales departments.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with internal and external customers, manage expectations, and ensure commitments are fulfilled and properly closed.
• Record relevant information, analyze the root causes of deviations, and participate in continuous improvement actions.

Qualifications

• Technical Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience supervising operational personnel.
• Proven experience with machinery, equipment, and tools.
• Proficiency in computer usage, Microsoft Office applications, and preferably SAP.
• Technical degree related to the industrial field.
