Research & Development

• Conduct R&D on modified silicone materials
• Design and synthesize modified silicone polymers
• Optimize formulations for specific applications such as sealants
• Collaborate with the Belgian headquarters R&D team on raw material localization and product development
• Analyze and optimize product performance for local market needs

Characterization & Testing

• Evaluate performance under various environmental conditions (UV, moisture, temperature)

Process Development

• Scale up lab formulations to pilot or production scale
• Collaborate with production team to refine curing, molding, or extrusion techniques

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain detailed lab notebooks and technical reports
• Present findings to internal teams or external partners

Profile

Education

• Master’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering

Experience

• Less than 5 years of experience in relevant fields such as sealants, adhesives, and polymer formulations
• Recent graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Practical, hands-on experience in silicone synthesis and organosilicon chemistry
• Strong academic or professional background in silicone chemistry, composite materials, or advanced manufacturing technologies
