Modular Kitchen Designer

Company Description TanuShree Designs is designing and executing high-quality modular kitchens, bedroom furniture, modular wardrobes, and related interior solutions.

Role Description The Modular Kitchen Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and detailing modular kitchen layouts and associated furniture solutions for residential clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client consultations, understanding space requirements and preferences, preparing design proposals and 2D/3D layouts, and selecting suitable materials, finishes, and hardware from partner brands. The designer will coordinate with the sales and execution teams to ensure accurate measurements, timely installation, and adherence to quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, requiring regular interaction with clients in the showroom and at project locations, along with ongoing supervision of project progress

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Kitchen & Bath Design, including space planning, ergonomics, and functional layouts for modular kitchens and related furniture.
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to manage client consultations, understand requirements, and present design options clearly.
• Sales and persuasion skills to support showroom activities, explain product features, and assist clients in brand and material selection.
• Knowledge of Cabinetry, fittings, and hardware systems, preferably with experience in brands such as Hettich, Hafele, Blum, or Grass.
• Ability to use design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) for preparing drawings, layouts, and visual presentations.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects, timelines, and site coordination.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in modular kitchen or interior design is preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate closely with design, sales, and installation teams.
