About the role
We are looking for a Modules Supervisor to lead semiconductor production modules, manage technicians, and ensure operational excellence. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong engineering background in semiconductor manufacturing and excellent people leadership skills. After approximately two years, there's an opportunity to transition into a Process Engineer role for further career growth.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations within production modules.
- Lead, coach, and support technicians and operators.
- Monitor manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain safety, discipline, and operational standards.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (semiconductor-related).
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
