Modules Supervisor

We are looking for a Modules Supervisor to lead semiconductor production modules, manage technicians, and ensure operational excellence. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong engineering background in semiconductor manufacturing and excellent people leadership skills .

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations within production modules.
• Lead, coach, and support technicians and operators.
• Monitor manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain safety, discipline, and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (semiconductor-related) — IE or business degrees not preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or engineering environment .
• Strong leadership and people management skills .
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills .
• Willing to work onsite in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga .
