Mold Change Technician

Reel Core is looking for a mechanically inclined, hands-on Mold Change Technician to join our team!

If you enjoy working with machinery, figuring out how things work, and tackling new challenges, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

• Change molds, set up equipment, and keep production running smoothly.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and make repairs and adjustments.
• Work with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Help maintain equipment and prevent downtime.
• Work alongside a team that values your skills and experience.

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude and industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Someone who's dependable, safety-conscious, and takes pride in their work.
• Technical training and one year of relevant experience preferred, or at least three years of industrial maintenance experience.
