Mold Changer

Ashley Industrial Molding is looking for a 2nd shift Mold Changer to join our Team!

This skilled position starts at $23.50 plus a $2.00 shift differential.

Some of the duties for this position include:

• Complete the mold mover/forklift inspection checklist.
• Use mold mover/forklift to move molds.
• Use overhead crane to move molds.
• Inspect molds for damage and report to supervisor
• Repair fittings, steam lines, oil leaks, toe guards, etc. as needed.
• Preheat molds.
• Install molds in presses, properly align, clamp, install steam lines.
• Grease seals, wear plates, guide pins as necessary.
• Service vacuum units as necessary.
• Keep area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and practices.
• All other duties assigned by Supervisor or Team Leader.
