Arlen Tool + Machining, a division of the Arlen Tool Group is currently looking for a Mold Designer with the following skills and attributes to fill an open position on our team.

What you will be doing:

• Experience with plastic injection mold design in the automotive industry.
• Complete full plastic injection mold designs.
• Ensure all work is performed accurately, efficiently, and on time to schedule.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of assigned project activities.
• Interface with customers and co-workers to ensure molds are designed according to customer specifications and company standards.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in an injection mold design department.
• Able to proficiently complete mold designs and/or surfacing.
• Experience completing feasibilities is an asset.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills required.
• Must have excellent attendance.
