Mold Maintenance Engineer

MOLD MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

We are looking for a Mold Maintenance Engineer who will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving molds to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.

EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT:

Bachelor’s degree in BS Mechanical Engineering

Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of molds.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and modify molds as needed.
• Monitor mold conditions and identify potential problems that may affect production quality.
• Maintain proper records of mold maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize mold performance and longevity.
• Ensure molds meet required tolerances and specifications
• Utilize welding and crane operations for mold repairs and adjustments.
• Document maintenance activities and provide reports on mold conditions and required actions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in mold maintenance, welding and crane operations, or in related manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of mold structure, components, and maintenance procedures.
• Knowledge of basic machining, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willing to work on-site and follow company safety procedures.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• At least 1 year experience in manufacturing of auto parts and in new model quotation making.

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month

• Biñan City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Manufacturing in Auto Parts and NMD Quotation Making: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer (Preferred)
