Company Profile: An international press molding and manufacturing company specializing in metallic press molds.

Position: Mold Maintenance Technician
Industry: Plastic Injection Manufacturing
Location: Hermosa, Bataan
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Php 25,000 - Php 30,000 gross
Work Setup: Onsite

Job Requirements:
College Grades of engineering related course .
2years of experience in mold maintenance within a manufacturing setting
Strong knowledge of mold design, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Proven leadership and team management skills

Job Responsibilities:
Lead the mold maintenance team to ensure all molds operate efficiently
Oversee mold repair, maintenance, and improvement activities
Implement preventive maintenance plans
Troubleshoot mold-related issues to minimize downtime
Coordinate with production to ensure mold availability and optimal condition
