What they need
- Responsible for proper upkeep of all production molds in good working condition of plant.
- Perform mold monthly maintenance in accordance to planned maintenance schedule.
- Carry out trouble shooting of all issues related to mold and injected parts.
- Perform mold set up for all products.
- Conduct new and existing production mold trial test.
- Safe keeping and manage of all mold spare part inventory
- Maintain the drawings, and documents for all mold, hot runners etc.
- Assist immediate superior to maintain and keep updated record of the molding parameter.
- Maintain and keep updated maintenance history record of molds include change of mold parts.
