Mold Senior Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee the daily activities of the Mould Maintenance team, ensuring that assigned tasks are properly distributed and completed on time.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of injection and extrusion blow moulds to ensure mould reliability and availability for production.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, assemble, and disassemble moulds and ensure that moulds are properly maintained and ready for production use.
• Identify and assess mould defects, wear, damage, and abnormalities, and recommend appropriate corrective actions to prevent recurring problems.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality Control, and other concerned departments regarding mould-related issues, repairs, adjustments, and production requirements.
• Monitor mould maintenance work progress and ensure that repairs and maintenance activities are completed according to priority, schedule, and required standards.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and other mould maintenance equipment.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, mould specifications, and related technical documents to ensure proper maintenance and repair activities.
• Develop and maintain mould preventive maintenance schedules and records, including maintenance history, repair activities, and identified mould issues.
• Monitor the condition and performance of moulds and recommend repair, modification, replacement, or fabrication of mould components when necessary.
• Supervise mould parts fabrication, machining, and related activities, when applicable, and coordinate with internal or external machining resources.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, installation, and removal of moulds to prevent damage and maintain workplace safety.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and good housekeeping practices within the mould maintenance area.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to mould maintenance personnel to improve their skills, work quality, and productivity.
• Prepare and submit reports regarding mould maintenance activities, breakdowns, repairs, and other mould-related concerns to the immediate superior.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by Management.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
