What they need
-Assure that mold set up, change mold, and 5S standards are met.
-Ensure the mold are correctly, base on our plan scheduled
-Ensure all peripheral equipment is are good condition
-Ensure the mold and supporting systems are set to correct parameters and meet the production goals.
-Verify process parameters and implement changes, as appropriate,
-Inspecting of mold and all accessories to ensure there will be no problem while the technician conducting start-up.
-Review and inspect machines daily for maintenance issues and report to the maintenance department.
-Monitor, train, they are following proper procedures.
-Comply with all safety, quality, and work rules and regulations.
-Perform and direct the machines and mold-changing processes.
