Mold Setter (Injection Molding)

• Position Purpose:
• To support our customers and Texas Injection Molding manufacturing through managing team handling mixing, grinding, drying, moving and maintaining accurate inventory of all raw materials, finished goods, packaging, etc.
• Job Responsibilities:

• Removal of molds and lead changeover activities
• Assisting shift supervisor in supporting multiple machines through monitoring operators
• Handling and sorting of production molds, fixtures and components
• Basic monitoring of production process
• Maintaining and cleaning the machine and work area
• **Expectations:

• To complete simple machine adjustments
• To have the ability to discern good and bad parts

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• **Knowledge/Skills and Abilities:

• A positive can-do attitude
• Ability to speak and write English
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time and Climb
• Proficient mathematics
• Good interpersonal skills both written and verbal
• Shows good judgment
• Ability to work independently and handle projects to completion
• Ability to lift 55lbs. without injury
