Molder Operator - Manufacturing

Seeking a Molder experienced in insert molding of thermoset plastics. Large line of miniature electronic parts made with medal and plastic molded together. Good eyesight and ability to handle small parts.

Functions/responsibilities:

· Set up, operate, and monitor Thermoset molding machines for insert molding of metal and plastic miniature electronic components.

· Visually inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications

· Follow work instructions, processes and procedures

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

· Adhere to all safety rules and procedures, using required safety equipment

· Assist other departments as necessary

Experience/Skills:

· Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with small components

· Experience running operating Thermoset molding presses is preferred

· Ability to read and comprehend mechanical drawings and procedures written in English

· Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

· Good vision and hand-eye coordination

· Excellent attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
