What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.UF&MD工序产品异常处理，数据收集汇整； 2.UF&MD工序异常排查改善，掌握前后制程段相关知识； 3.熟悉掌握相关点胶机台&塑封机台工作原理； 4.熟悉掌握相关机台工作方式； 5.熟悉掌握机台相关材料的特性； 6.熟练掌握相关工序的工艺setup； 7.在主管指导下制定和维护相关工艺的SOP （ CP, FMEA、OCAP 等等)；
- 负责日常工艺与设备异常的处理，并建立相关规范文件； 9.支撑新产品导入过程，按要求收集过程数据并汇总相关试验报告； 10.完成上级交代的任务。
任职要求： 1.本科及以上学历，工科类背景，相关晶圆封装工作经验者优先，熟练掌握UF/MD等工艺技能 2.熟练office软件、minitab、JMP等数据分析软件
