Molding Process Engineer

• Lead molding department CIP (Continue Improvement Plan) and optimize molding layout and process standard and 5S.
• Lead molding technician team and seek new technology to enhance productivity. Manage molding tool try run, debug molding process and parameters, build tool try run report and production process document.
• Optimize molding production process, adjust and lead and teach the technician for parameters setup.
• Responsible for the production capability and initial process capability study and validation for new machine/tool.
• Monitor the injection molding process capability and setup product validation plan together with team.
• Cooperate with tooling engineer/supplier to solve the problems during the tool design, manufacturing and production.
• Participate in process feasibility analysis for new project and raise professional comments.
• Take part in supplier selection and evaluation, organize technical specification.
• Comply with EHS requirements, monitor EHS execution.
• Assignments from management level.
