Molding Process Technician

The Process Technician plays a hands-on role in our daily overall production performance. You will manage mold changeovers, troubleshoot mechanical or processing defects and optimize process parameters. You will be responsible for minimal scrap, high product quality and good cycle times. This position works closely with quality, engineering and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Setup and Changeover: Perform safe setup, tooling changeovers and set up auxiliary equipment (dryers).

• Process Optimization: Maximize efficiency and quality, document injection parameters.

• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve molding defects and material issues.

• Documentation: Accurately record process sheets and down time data.

• Safety and Compliance: Follow OSHA guidelines and safety policies.

Physical Demands:

• Physical: Regular standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods: ability to safely lift or maneuver up to 50lbs.

• Floor Environment: Moving machinery, loud noise and varying ambient temperatures.

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
